We will conduct a 2-phase, two-arm, triple-blinded randomized, non-inferiority crossover food acceptability trial to test the acceptability of one of two alternative RUTF formulations (a soy-based or chickpea-based RUTF) compared with the standard peanut-based RUTF formulation. The project will involve systematic review, protocol development and publication and an actual acceptability trial conducted in 4 countries.
